Event Details
Come to the library and pick up a witch's hat. Take it home, decorate it, and return it to the library by October 18. Hats will be displayed and you can vote for your favorite October 21-30. Winner will be announced on Oct. 31 during our Halloween Party.
Ages: 0-11, while supplies last
