From October 26 to October 28, kids (ages 0-12) can visit us curbside at the Winnie Library dressed in your Halloween costume to have your picture taken to enter the contest. You'll also receive a yummy treat!

Pictures will be posted to Facebook for voting from October 29 to October 30 at noon. Prizes will be given for the top three photos with the most likes/reactions. 1 like/reaction = 1 vote. Winners will be announced October 31.
