Tweens (ages 7-11) pick up a Cozy Kit (includes hot chocolate mix, candy, and fun activities)! Cozy Kits are FREE and can be picked up via curbside service at the Sam & Carmena Goss Memorial Branch Library, Mont Belvieu on Thursday, January 14th.
